June is a bit of a change to our normal slot as we could only get an hour session on Sunday 12th June, 15:00 to 16:00.   We will probably do something specialised, such as team time trial practice for the hour – let Steve know if you would be interested in that by commenting on this blog.

The dates for the rest of 2016 are back to the Saturday 19:00 to 21:00 slot - all at Derby Arena.  We’ve booked the following, so please put them in your diary now:

• 13 August
• 10 September
• 8 October
• 26 November

RFW have arranged sessions at Derby's Arena velodrome every month between February and November 2016.  These sessions generally have two objectives: to develop track riders to become competent and capable of track racing, and then to provide friendly opportunities to race and improve so that our involvement in track racing increases.  These sessions are arranged by Rockingham Forest Wheelers for the benefit of our own and other clubs in South East Midlands.
