We only had ten customers for the last of our time trials on the Devils Circuit this week. Parts of the course had been newly gritted and perhaps that put people off, but there were also races at Rockingham Speedway.
Kristian Woolf (VC Equipe), as expected, put in the best time of 21:02, with Paul Beattie (RFW) almost a minute and a half behind and Austin Smith about one and a half minutes after.
We’re back to the Valley Circuit next week for our Summer Series of seven time trials. Let’s hope that the gritting will be well and truly finished by then. My usual thanks go to all race helpers and officials. Well done to all who took part.
