It was a bit of a 'last hurrah' for our final 'ten' of the season, attracting an almost unprecedented 18 riders.
Simon Pitchford (FC) rode fastest time of the evening with an excellent 22:41, followed by Hudson Hendry (RFW) with 23:10 and Warren Drew (KCC) with 23:55.

Well done to everyone and a big thanks to all officials and helpers. It's just the Dash next week and then it's all over bar the hill climb.

Not an especially lovely evening and there was a stiff breeze. I think a lot of people must be on holiday too, so only 6 riders signed in for our penultimate 'ten' of the season.
Phil Wilkinson (RFW) put in fastest time of 24:19, well ahead of Steve Coombs (RFW) with 26:12 and Steve Wickham (RFW) with 27:02.

Nine riders signed in on a reasonably bright evening, but a stiffish breeze. There were a few new faces and some of the 'usual suspects were missing.
Phil Wilkinson (RFW) came in a clear first with 23:53, followed by Callum Fitzsimons (RNRMCA) with 25:19 and Steve Coombs (RFW) in 25:47.
Apologies to Trevor Parrish - my spreadsheet resolutely refused to work out your Vet's Time.

Road works at Medbourne necessitated a 'split' course of 9.3 miles, instead of the usual 9.8.
Thomas Spain (RFW) on a road bike put in his usual blistering performance, making FTD of 23:06, beating Phil Wilkinson (RFW) with 23:23 and Hudson Hendry (RFW) with 23:51 - both on TT bikes.
Julian Freeman (RFW) was the next best road bike with 24:26.
