After a fairly rainy day the evening cleared to a moderate temperature with a stiff breeze.
Josh Van Nierop (WVCC) narrowly beat Paul Beattie (RFW) with a time of 23:15 against 23:34. Not bad for a 17 year-old but it was a close result.
David McDade (RFW) put in a personal best for the Valley Circuit, showing a steady improvement through the season.
Only 8 riders, but we all had a good time (I think). My usual thanks to all marshals, race officials and helpers. The evenings are beginning to draw in, so it’s a 6:45 start next week.
