After a rather rainy day the evening turned out fine and sunny, though we still had only eleven riders for our 2.8 mile Dash. In some ways, this is harder than the usual Club 10, as it is eyeballs-out all the way.
Phil Earl (RFW) came in first with a creditable 6:20, closely followed by seventeen year old Matthew Lonergan (RFW) in 6:22. Steve Wickham and Tim Eaton (both RFW) were the remaining riders to come in under 7 minutes.
Next week is our last TT of the season and will be another Dash. Extra points will be awarded for fancy dress – not sure how this will work but it should be fun.
