We have a new date set in the Track diary, Jan 2nd at 10:30 (a Bank Holiday). This is for people accredited at Level 3 or above only, and it's a great chance top get specific training on either Team Time Trialling, or Sprinting skills.
We need more Rocko members at the Track events, they are getting more popular, but our neighbouring clubs are giving a better show than we are. Track is a great way to keep fit during the winter, and delivers a real speed buzz. Email Steve if you are interested.
