some foundations. To race, and to train well, you need some accreditation on track. The Rocko track sessions in July and Aug will enable track newbies to get a foot on that ladder far quicker than the public sessions. This is because we are all used to cleats, and group riding. Anyone can turn up on the public sessions. Sep session will aim for a further accreditation level.
If you are accredited, there is an experienced training stream that runs alongside the accreditation streams on all Rocko sessions.
Sessions are normally on Saturday evenings, so July 15th 19:00-21:00. August breaks that norm as the Derby Velodrome lost my booking, and I had to take the scraps! Sunday 13th August 12:00-14:00 was what I got.
