CX Hemel - Senior Race

The senior race at the Hemel Hempstead CX  was contested by only one Rocko rider, Paul Beattie. On a hilly but quick and dry grass packed course, Paul worked with a bunch of 3 riders just outside a leading group of 12 for most of the race. Holding 15th for almost all the race, Paul then managed to make a final push in the 6th lap to jump a place and finished the energy sapping course in 14th place, picking up 60 points in the CCXL Cup Competition.
