The club’s AGM and Date Fixing Meeting will be held in Autumn rather than the New Year. This is to allow any changes to committee, subscriptions or rules etc. to be agreed and organised before the start of the New Year. It will start at 20:00 on 6th Sep after the last dash TT. Your votes and voice are really important, whether you have been a member of the club for decades or weeks. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to proxy your vote to any other member to ensure we get sufficient numbers voting to agree any changes. An agenda will follow nearer the date; if you want to add a proposition to that agenda for the members to consider it, please let me have it (in lieu of the General Secretary, who is unwell at present) by 18th August latest.
