Spokes is a pop-up summer cycling cafe in Harringworth (longest viaduct in the UK). There are a number of routes that go near there, and it's only 13km back to the club. ![]()
This should be on every RFW rider's bucket list, a ride to the seaside and back in a day. It's obviously a big day, with over 282km/175ml covered. A lot is flat, but beware the headwind on the return... This is pretty much the most direct route, avoiding major roads the vast majority of the time. Target an early start, with fish and chips for lunch in Hunstanton and plenty of new roads. Take some lights in case of delays. ![]()

Club RoutesHere are some routes that we regularly use for club runs. Use the Categories to limit the routes you see. The compass points relate to where the ride goes from the clubhouse. Routes can be downloaded for your cycle computer, either directly as a GPX or via Strava for TCX. Archives
